Order DNA Test (Private)
Order
your private test online or call our DNA specialists at
toll-free 800-DNA-EXAM or 888-R-U-MYDAD
to order by phone. Upon order confirmation, a BIOSWABTM
DNA collection kit will be sent to you.
2. Collect Samples & Return
Upon receipt of your
BIOSWABTM
DNA collection kit, you
will collect the appropriate samples using the materials
and instructions provided. Samples should then be returned
to our laboratory.
3. Receive Results
Results are mailed out within 5-7 business days of our
receipt of samples to you designee(s). Copies of results
may be provided via email and/or fax, if and when requested.
1. Setup DNA Test (Legal)
Submit a legal DNA
test application: A case consultant will contact
you within 24 hours of application receipt to set
up a test for you. Or, call our DNA specialists at
toll free 800-DNA-EXAM or
888-R-U-MYDAD to set
up your test and arrange an appointment for DNA sample
collection at a facility near you. (OR: the facility
nearest you.)
2. Attend Sample Collection Appointment
Samples are collected by a certified
phlebotomist; identities verified; chain
of custody established. Samples are returned to
our laboratory through proper chain of custody.
3. Receive Results
Results are mailed out within
5-7 business days of our receipt of samples to your
designee(s). Copies of results may be provided via email
and/or fax, if and when requested.
